Question 1

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

Credits pay for what costs us money to make: AI pictures. An AI story reel uses 1 credit per picture (2 in HD). A stock-footage or text reel costs 1 credit in total, however long it is.

Question 2

How many credits does one reel take?

Accepted Answer

A typical 7-scene AI story reel takes 7 credits with Fast pacing, or 4 with Economy pacing (one picture per two scenes). You always see the exact price before you click Make my reel.

Question 3

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.

Question 4

What if a reel fails?

Accepted Answer

All its credits come back to your balance automatically. If only some AI pictures could not be made, those pictures are refunded once the reel is ready.

Question 5

What do I get for free?

Accepted Answer

8 credits when you sign up, enough to try a full AI story reel. Free-credit reels are 720p with a small watermark; after your first purchase every reel is 1080p with no watermark.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments; we never see your card details or UPI PIN.

Question 7

Can I post the reels on monetised pages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The reels you make are yours to post on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and WhatsApp.

Question 8

Is GST included? Do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. Every purchase comes with a GST tax invoice you can download from your account. Businesses can enter their GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
